Our bath bombs contain 150mg of broad-spectrum CBD, coconut oil and Epsom salts to help nourish your skin and muscles. Our athletes love these before bed after a solid workout, but we love them in the morning, too!
Run a warm to hot bath before dropping in 1/2 to 1 full bath bomb when the tub is full (this helps prevent essential oils being lost to evaporation). Soak for 15-20 minutes and rinse bath after.
